What Are the MOQ and Ordering Terms?

What is the MOQ for a ceramic order?
Our MOQ is roughly 1,000 pcs per design. A special offer on MOQ is available for our own design series that you can test and benefit from – the same flexible terms behind programs we run for retailers like Hobby Lobby and TESCO.
Can I order less than 1,000 pcs to test the market?
Yes – below our standard MOQ of roughly 1,000 pcs, you can start with stock items from our own design series, which carry a special lower MOQ. Ask us for the available designs and current stock levels.

How Does Sampling Work?

Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Contact us for a free sample, which will be delivered to you by express courier.
How much should I pay for a sample?
If your order reaches a certain amount, sample fees are deducted from the total costs – in other words, tooling will be free of charge. Exact sample fees are quoted together with your design specification.
How long can I get a sample?
Our sample time is 12 to 15 days, counted from design confirmation. Your sales engineer keeps you updated at each step until the sample is on your desk.

How Long Does Production Take?

What is the lead time for an order?
The lead time for mass production is about 45 to 60 days, based on order quantity, counted from your sample approval.
What does the whole custom order process look like?
Seven steps, each with a real time commitment:
  • Inquiry – reply within 24 hours
  • Design & 3D confirmation – artwork and spec lock
  • Sampling – 12-15 days
  • Sample confirmation – your approval gate
  • Mass production – 45-60 days by quantity
  • QC – 6 checkpoints: molding, firing, glazing, painting, decal, packaging
  • Shipping – packing and loading plan
When should I place orders for seasonal items like Christmas or Halloween?
We recommend sourcing seasonal ceramics 4-5 months ahead of the selling season, so sampling (12-15 days) and production (45-60 days) finish comfortably before your shelf date.

What Are the Payment Terms?

What kind of payment do you accept?
Payment is welcome by T/T and L/C – our two primary methods for bulk orders – plus Western Union, PayPal and MoneyGram for smaller transactions.
Will the payment schedule be clear before I order?
Yes. The exact payment schedule is confirmed at the quotation stage and stated clearly on your proforma invoice – no hidden costs, nothing verbal-only.

How Do Shipping and Compliance Work?

How do you handle packing and shipping?
Our team makes the best packing and loading plan to save freight for you, and every item is inspected by our QC department before shipment. Orders ship from Fujian – Xiamen Port and Quanzhou Port are our nearest loading ports.
What certifications does your factory hold?
We are certified by BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001 and AVON audits, and hold EU anti-dumping status at 17.9%. Third-party institutes can test our factory to international standards – see every detail on our Factory & Quality page.
What does the EU anti-dumping 17.9% mean for EU buyers?
Our factory holds an individually reviewed EU anti-dumping rate of 17.9%, so EU importers get clear, predictable landed costs versus suppliers without this status.

Which Ceramic Materials Can You Choose?

Which ceramic materials do you work with?
We work with porcelain (water absorption 0-1%, microwave and conventional-oven friendly), stoneware (the strongest and non-porous), and earthenware including dolomite (low-fired, ideal for hand-painted decorative pieces). For daily-use drinkware we usually recommend stoneware or porcelain; for decorative planters, figurines and seasonal items, earthenware keeps hand-painting costs friendly. Our Ceramic Materials Guide compares water absorption, firing and glaze behavior side by side.
