These terms set out the general framework for using this website and for OEM/ODM cooperation with ZenithCeramic. Your order-specific terms – quantities, pricing, delivery schedule and payment plan – are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) for each order.
This website, test.zenithceramic.com, is operated by Fujian Dehua Guanhong Ceramic Co., Ltd., trading as ZenithCeramic, a custom ceramic crafts manufacturer established in 2005 in Dehua, China. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to all quotations, samples, orders and OEM/ODM manufacturing cooperation between your company and ZenithCeramic, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. By submitting an inquiry or confirming an order, you agree to this framework, with order-specific details governed by the signed Proforma Invoice.
All quotations are provided in writing, by email or Proforma Invoice, and state their own validity period. Prices may depend on order quantity, decoration method, packaging specification and prevailing material costs, so a quotation is binding only within its stated validity and for the specification it describes.
An order is formed when both parties confirm the Proforma Invoice in writing. The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per design; lower MOQs may be discussed for our own-design series and for trial cooperation. Product specifications are defined by the confirmed sample, artwork and PI description.
Artwork, logos, decals and design files supplied by a buyer are used exclusively for that buyer’s orders and are never shared with or produced for third parties. Intellectual property in ZenithCeramic’s own-design series remains with ZenithCeramic.
Custom molds developed for a buyer’s exclusive OEM design are used solely for that buyer’s production. Ownership and retention of molds follow the written agreement for each project; where sampling and tooling costs have been settled as agreed, the mold is kept in our facility for the buyer’s repeat orders and is not released to any other customer.
Production and acceptance are based on the sample confirmed by both parties. Our quality control department inspects every phase of production – molding, firing, glazing, painting, decal application and packaging – and all produced items are inspected by QC before shipment. Third-party inspection and testing at our facility before shipment are welcome.
Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, supported by photos or video, and are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Minor variations inherent to ceramic production (glaze tone, hand-painted detail) do not constitute defects where they fall within the tolerance of the confirmed sample.
We accept payment by T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Western Union, PayPal and MoneyGram may also be accepted for sample fees and smaller transactions. The payment schedule for each order – amounts, milestones and currency – is agreed in writing in the Proforma Invoice; no fixed deposit structure applies across all orders.

Delivery dates are planned in good faith based on confirmed samples and order details. Risk of loss passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government measures, epidemics, port congestion or shipping disruptions. Quality or damage claims follow the process in our Refund & Returns Policy rather than this clause.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from our cooperation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
